Here we are!! All the Rocks!! The sitting itself was a nightmare! The slot I had tried to reserve for some reason ended up not being saved for us and then... as if that wasn't enough... they informed me the largest group they could handle was a group of 10!! GRRR... I told them they would have to work with us and make it work.. and they did! Hehe Anywho, I had to Paintshop this one a little to get the background to not show the rail at the top because our group was too big but hey it turned out great!! :)

We are currently birdie sitting and training one of the birds from Tyson's class at school. Her name is Olivia and she is SUPER wild!! In an effort to get her to be more comfortable (and hopefully easier to tame!) I put a piece of millet into her cage. (Millet is a treat that birdies LOVE!! It is kind of a branch looking thing with TONS of little tiny seeds all over it.) Anywho, Matt and I were on the computers playing a game and Dillan comes downstairs and says... "Mom, that bird from Tyson's class, chewed her millet NAKED!" ROFL SO cute!! Thought you all would get a kick out of that! :)

As many of you know, Tulip is a VERY NAUGHTY little birdie! She LOVES to torment poor Splash!! Well, her NEW favorite game goes something like this...

Splash is sitting quietly, minding his own business and along comes Tulip. She scoots up real close to him so they are sitting side by side. Splash, while tense at first, soon relaxes and begins to play with toys or preen. Meanwhile Tulip, while keeping a close eye on Splash's face, leans down ever so slowly and proceeds to bite him on the BUTT!! Soon her little bite is followed by screams and yelling from Splash as he gives her what for, only to be bitten on the butt again a few minutes later!!! ROFL
