Field Trip with Dillan

Today I went on a field trip with Dillan's class to a musical at the Scera about the Frog and Toad books! It was AWESOME!! Everyone in the play was AMAZING!!! It was so fun!! Dillan fell asleep about 3/4 of the way into it but I think he liked it! I just wish we had seen the production sooner because the last performance is this Friday and I wish I could go see it again but this week is too nuts!! :( Anywho, if you have the time between now and Friday... GO SEE THIS!! It is only about an hour performance, so not super long, and it is soo dang cute! I think even younger kids would enjoy it! My pictures aren't the best because I didn't want to use flash and disrupt the Q&A they had at the end but hopefully you will get the general idea! :) The people that played the birds also played 5 different characters each! They were amazing! They also played squirrels, moles, a snail, a mouse, Momma frog, Papa frog, and baby frog, a turtle and a lizard... and probably more but I don't remember all for sure! The snail was the BEST! He was played by the guy in the middle of the birds. :) My favorite characters were the snail, frog, toad and the turtle (played by the bird lady in blue).
